Easy Christmas Nails
Hello again, while I'm not so patiently waiting for 6 parcels from China, I thought I'd share some quick and easy Christmas nails that I created using Argon Oil Collection polishes from Vivien Kondor London. These polishes are so pigmented that I just knew they would be perfect for each of the looks I've created.
The shades are: Mint Green, Lime Green, Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Hot Chilli, Black, White and Rose Gold Glitter. I also used the Glossy and Matte top coats, but stupidly forget to include them in my photo! The first look was made using chevron nail vinyls. I started with 2 coats of Metallic Silver, placed the sticker on my nails and painted over with Hot Chille and Black. Carefully removed the vinyl to show the silver.
Santa Suits are so easy to do! 2 coats of Hot Chilli, then added the white detail with a fitting tool. Paint a black band for the belt and add a gold buckle.
Lastly a bit more trickier, but still easy. Start with a white base, and add stripes of Mint and Lime Green to represent leaves. Paint 2 black lines down and across the nail, add 3 red dots for the berries, give each a tiny white highlight and finish with a matte topcoat. I added some extra silver bling.
All very different looks that are perfect for the coming holiday, if you would like me to do a quick video tutorial of any or all these looks, leave me a comment.
My discount code tracey20 is available for you all to use over on the Vivien Kondor website, and keep up to date and check out their new collection of gel polishes that I sadly couldn't review due to my allergic reaction to gel, but never the less they look beautiful!
