Lemmings and cravings :)

Why do we always want the things we cannot have?

I've looked at endless swatches of OPI - black spotted for a some time now. I've seen that it have looked amazing in nail art combinations too; link.

And why oh why has it only been sold in France? Patents and nail polish what?? And then the price on ebay which is not in my budget frame at the moment..
