The 32 year old Canadian surprised everyone when she announced her pregnancy on Instagram, was seen around wearing a set of black pants, a beige sweater and a pair of flat leather mules.
Her growing bump was covered up under the loose fitting crop which had details of buttons up the side. Shay, who is dating TV host Matte Babel, went makeup free, showed off her glowing skin and wore a pair of black sunglasses and had her hair in a chic bun for the outing.
