Ariana Joan Grande is an American actress, singer and dancer. After the age of 15, she had played the role of Cat Valentine on the Nickelodeon sitcom Victorious. She had entered music scene with a strong impression. She was dubbed as the next Mariah Carey and compared to Whitney Houston With her powerful vocal chops. Her debut single "The Way" featuring Mac Miller ruined the top-10 list of Billboard Hot 100 peaking at No. 9 and increasing one spot higher on the U.K. chart.

Ariana was best recognized for portraying the character Cat Valentine on the Nickelodeon sitcom "Victorious" before receiving a big break in music. In 1993, she was born in Boca Raton, at Florida. In South Florida she was sing from a tender age and co-founded the youth singing group, Kids Who Care. They were performed in various charity events, and rising over $500,000 for charities in 2007 alone.
