The British singer and dancer, 28, donned a series of silky and revealingly cut designer outfits for the pictures that channel her maverick nature.
The London-based artist, who is dating Twilight star Robert Pattinson, posed with her cleavage almost falling out of a very low-cut black and silver silk dress that had spaghetti straps.
The freckle-faced beauty added stripes of black paint down her upper arms and along her legs.
In another image, the Two Weeks hitmaker is pictured leaping high into the air in a black jacket and skirt ensemble featuring long splits and gold zippers.
The result is to reveal even more of her lithe limbs and supertoned figure as she is shown airborne with black laces wrapped around her feet and ankles.
She is also seen in a more subdued off-the-shoulder black knit dress with her braided hair piled high on her head and cascading down her back.
IN an interview with the magazine, the enigmatic singer says she thinks 'People talk too much.'
'Everyone's always chatting and not delivering' she explained. 'I'm the opposite. I like to just deliver.'
FKA Twigs also revealed her dislike of the word 'fan' to describe those who like her work.
'They don't influence what I make but they have a role in us all coming together and creating something genuine,' she said.
The new issue of Elle with her on the cover hits newstands on July 12.
